We are VERY pleased to announce that the MySAU V2 Portal is going live this week!
What changes will you notice? Well for a start, you’ll be redirected to a new login page when you navigate to the portal.
From here, you have the option of entering your email address and password as you have always done. Or you may use Google or Facebook authentication. These are fun options, and we have a few nifty ideas for them later down the track.
If the email address associated with your Google or Facebook account matches your MySAU account email address, you’ll be logged into the portal, and there’s nothing else to do.
If the email address does not match your MySAU account email address, you’ll get the following error:
If you now login to your account using your existing MySAU account email address, a new contact will be created on your account, with permissions identical to your current permissions.
Once logged in, you’ll be redirected out to the old MySAU portal.
What can you do in the new portal?
At this point in time, there are a number of functions which are now being served from the new portal:
- You may manage your contact details, your account pin, and change your password
- If you are a client, or a contact with ‘Manage Contacts’ permission, you may manage the contacts on your account
- You can view and pay invoices, and request extensions.
- You may pay invoices either singularly, or in a batch. Payment methods accepted are Paypal, Visa, or Mastercard. If you have a credit card on file, you may select to use this card to pay your invoices without having to re-enter the card details.
If you have any issues with accessing the new portal, please open a ticket with email@example.com and they will pass it through to our Dev team for investigation. We’re very excited about what we have in store over the coming 12 months – we hope you are too!
