We can supply three types of Data charges, below is a brief description and pricing, we also provide a 99.95% SLA on our network.- Inbound & Outbound: meaning that inbound and outbound data is counted.
- Inbound: Only Inbound is counted and charged, outbound is Free, subject to our fair use policy.
- Mbits: For customers wanting an unmetered link , you can buy a set amount of Mbits per month.

With the standard remote KVM, you are able to control the basic features of your server where you are able to access the console and take control with a Keyboard, Video and Mouse. This KVM is standard across our Linux and Windows Starter Dedicated Servers.
Our proKVM allows you to have complete control of your server and comes standard on our Windows and Linux Professional and Enterprise dedicated servers. This is most handy when SSH, VNC or Remote Desktop (RDP) stop responding and you need Out of Band management. This will also give you the ability to manage your server at the BIOS level and boot into your RAID controller if need be.
